Fangs by Scarecrow

So, I said in the last entry that these posts weren’t going to be advertisements for the “cool stuff we sell”. And this is true. Whether you get them from us or from someone else, I’m here to tell you about how awesome the ‘Scarecrow Custom Vampire Fangs’ are. Fangs which I have been selling for over fifteen years now.

The Scarecrow brand fangs come in a variety of styles including traditional, petite, blood-tipped, glow-in-the-dark, extra long, and doubled; along with being available in a variety of colors such as gold, silver, and hot pink. You can even add real diamonds to them.

Above is a video demonstration of how to affix them to your teeth. It literally takes less than ten minutes and they should stay on through the night, provided you don’t eat, drink a whole lot, make-out, or run your mouth the whole evening. In the event that any or all of these occur, take a quick trip to the bathroom and five minutes later you are ready to go for the rest of the night and early morning. Unless by then you’re too drunk and you don’t care to re-apply them, and you end-up losing them in a friend’s car anyway, along with your cell-phone and a shoe.

I will say that I find the blood-tipped style a little unnecessary. First, the blood is so subtle you barely notice it. And second, if you just bit someone the whole tooth would be bloody, not just the tip. However, the paint job is good and it’s not-at-all sticky and tough to clean like when using liquid stage blood.

I suppose that I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the current trending of the media with vampires. Although I think they’ve had their moment in the moonlight, vampires and werewolves continue to be hugely popular. I don’t think I have to mention to any of you folks about ‘Twilight’, ‘Tru Blood’, or ‘The Wolfman’. These are great costumes for Halloween and ‘Scarecrow’ makes a really affordable solution for the sharp canines regardless of your breed.
